Our Team

Adv. Cohen has over 30 years of experience as an attorney. He interned at the Supreme Court of Israel with the Honorable Chief Justice (retired) Meir Shamgar. Adv. Cohen specializes in tax and securities law, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, corporate law, international investment transactions and joint ventures. Adv. Cohen was a lecturer at the faculties of law of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv University and other institutions; and has published numerous articles in the fields of tax, securities, corporate and contracts law.
